Accused of Rape Arrested
Tapeswar Mahato, 41, of Arnama Rural Municipality-2 on July 23, 2022, on the charge of raping a 42-year-old woman.
The victim said that she filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Siraha, on July 23, alleging that the accused had raped her on the same day.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on July 23 at the district hospital in Siraha.
According to the police, the accused was arrested based on the complaint filed by the victim.
