Accused of Killing Arrested
On November 18, the police arrested 22-year-old Kamal Budhamgar on charges related to the killing of 22-year-old Rima Budhamgar and three-year-old Muskan Budhamgar from Naubahini Rural Municipality-3.
The victims had previously lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on November 19, alleging that the accused had murdered Rima Budhamgar and their son on November 13, subsequently discarding their bodies in Kharbari, a location distant from their residence.
DSP Ishwar Thapa confirmed that the deceased bodies were discovered in Kharbari on November 17. Post-mortem examinations were conducted at District Hospital Bijuwar on November 19, following which the bodies were returned to the family.
