Accused of Killing Arrested
A 55-year-old husband, Gyan Bahadur Shrestha, was arrested by the police on 29 January, in the charge of killing his wife, Ganga Shrestha, 41, of Arun Rural Municipality-2.
DSP of the district police office, Sarat Thapa, informed that the accused killed his wife by strangulating him in the influence of an alcohol,on 28 January.
Locals informed about the killing to the police.
Postmortem of the body was conducted at the hospital on 29 January.
Aggrieved party received the body on 29 January and conducted the last rite.
