Accused of Child Abduction Arrested
Police have arrested Anita Pal, 38, a resident of Rahasi, India on the charge of abducting a four-year-old boy. She was arrested on September 21, 2022.
The victim’s family lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on September 21 stating that the child was abducted from his house on the same day.
The DSP Bijay Raj Pandit, said that the woman was arrested while she was taking the child away. A case of abduction and hostage keeping has been filed against the accused at the District Court.
The health condition of the victim was normal and he was handed over to his parents, informed DSP Pandit.
