Accused of Attempting to Rape, Arrested
Police have arrested Ammar Bista,27 of Jhalaripipaladi Municipality-11 on August 22 on charge of attempting to rape a 35-year-old woman in a jungle at Jhalari section of east-western highway.
The victim said that she was able to flee the scene after she was attempted to rape by the accused after controlling her.
The victim underwent a health check up at Mahakali Zonal Hospital. She sustained some injuries while retaliating the abuse according to Inspector Sudam Raut of Area Police Office of Jhalari.
