Accused of Attempted Rape Arrested
District Police Siraha arrested Ramsingh Danuwar, 43, also known as Fulgen Singh of Sukhipur Municipality-4 on April 1 for the charge of attempting to rape of a 38-year-old woman.
The victim filed a complaint at the District Police Office Siraha on 29 March alleging that the accused attempted to rape the victim on the same day.
Inspector Udayabhan Dwivedi of the District Police Office, Siraha said that the accused who was absconding had been arrested and further action is being taken.
The health examination of the victim was done on March 29 at Siraha Provincial Hospital.
