Accused of Attempt to Rape Arrested
Aggrieved party filed a complaint at District Police Office, Malangwa against Ram Binod Yadav, 36, on 23 January, alleging that he attempted to rape a 28-year-old woman on 20 January.
Victim informed that the accused attempted to rape her in the flower garden near her home. Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Sarlahi District Hospital on 24 January.
Inspector of the District Police Office, Malangwa, Rakesh Yadav informed that search operation of the accused is on going as he absconded after the complaint was filed.
