Accused of Acid Attack arrested
Police have arrested Sanjaya Mandal, 28, of Hetauda Sub metropolitan city-2 on charge of acid attack on 26 years old Bindabasini Kangsakar on 9 November.
SP Mukhesh kumar singh of District police office said accused Mandal was arrested from Hetauda sub metropolitan city-4, Forestry on charge of helping main accused Dilipraj Kesari to attack victim after she refused Kesari’s marriage purposal.
Police said accused Mandal is alleged for helping main accused Kesari to escape after the incident. Mandal was remanded in custody after seven day extension from District Court, Makawanpur.
Earlier, police has arrested main accused of acid attack Dipil raj Kesari(Raj), 32, of India on 31 October.
