Accused murderer arrested
Police have arrested 23 years old Man Bahadur Singh on September 29 on charge of murdering his 22 years old wife Lukmati Singh of Dandaphaya VDC-2.
The victim was murdered on September 23 over a dispute on polygamy case. The paternal party of the victim had lodged a complaint at police post against the accused on September 24.
The reason behind the killing was revealed by the police investigation and based on the information from locals according to the police inspector Om Prakash Yadav of DPO Humla.
The dead body was exhumed from the toilet on September 28 according to the police.
The postmortem of the body was conducted at District Hospital of Humla on September 29.
