Accused Commits Suicide After Killing His Wife
Nabin Rokka, 36, of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city-13 committed suicide after killing his wife Niru Rokka, 35, on November 4, 2022.
They had gone to Rapti Health Science Institute on November 3 for the treatment of Niru, who was suffering from mental illness and had stayed at their relative’s house for her follow-up.
DSP Rajanraj Gautam of District Police Office Dang informed that Nabin had hanged himself after strangling his wife to death.
The police said that when no one came out of the room in the morning, they opened the door and found both of them dead.
DSP Gautam said that the health examination of the dead body was conducted on November 4 at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences in Ghorahi and the dead body was handed over to the family.
