Accused arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a minor.
On April 27, Munu Gurung, 26, of the Paschim Yuna Khaja resturant in Hiletol of Tarakeshwar-11, Bardia district, was arrested by the police.
Based on information that the girls, aged 17, were sexually assaulted with threats and enticements, the police arrested him from Babarmahal, Human Trafficking Investigation Bureau. The accused has been remanded to the district court for an additional five days of investigation.
The health examination of the victims was conducted on April 9 at the maternity hospital.
