Accused Arrested for Statutory Rape
Police arrested 44-year-old Dina Nath originally from Balampur, UP India, currently residing in Ghorahi Sub-metropolitan City-17 on 4 June for raping an eight year old minor.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office on 4 June alleging that he had raped the victim on 3 June. DSP Janakbahadur Malla informed INSEC that the accused was arrested on the same day after the complaint was received and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 4 June at the Rapti Academy of Health Science, Ghorahi.
