Accused Arrested For Stabbing and Injuring His Wife
Police arrested Madan Rai, 32, on May 13, 2023, on the charge of stabbing and injuring his wife, Trisna Rai, 23, of Fedap Rural Municipality-4 Samduki.
The aggrieved party has alleged that the accused injured the victim by stabbing her on May 12. They accused him of further injuring his neighbor, Bhimkumari Tumbahamfe, 50 when she tried to intervene and save the victim.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused at the district police office on May 13. Based on the complaint, the police arrested the accused, based on the complaint, and an investigation is underway.
According to Inspector Che Phinzo Bhote of the District Police Office, the victim underwent a medical examination at a local health center.
