Accused Arrested for Sexually Abusing Minor
Area Police , Mirchaiyya arrested 22-year-old Sushil Sada of Karjanha Municipality-4 on 10 August for sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Mirchaiya on September 1, 2023, alleging that the accused had sexually abused the girl on August 31, 2023.
The health examination of the victim was done on 1 September at Provincial Hospital, Siraha. The accused who was absconding after the incident was arrested on the basis of a special information, said DSP Panchakumar Baku of the Area Police Office, Mirchaiyya .
