Accused Arrested for Sexually Abusing a Minor
Police arrested 66-year-old Dil Prasad Rijal of Aathrai Rural Municipality-3 on 22 July for sexually abusing a 12-year-old minor.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 10 June alleging that the accused sexually abused the victim on the same day. Inspector Prahalad Khadka of the District Police Office said that the absconding accused was arrested on July 22 from Inaruwa Municipality-4, Sunsari.
The health examination of the victim was done on 10 June at the District Hospital.
