Accused Arrested for Marital Rape
Police have arrested 30 years old husband of Bhaktapur on charge of raping his 26 years old wife on 22 August.
DSP Rewati Raman Pokhrel of Metropolitan Police Office, Bhaktapur said accused was arrested on 22 August as per the complaint filed by victim stating victim was unwell when accused raped her on 31 July.
According to Police victim’s health checkup was conducted at Thapathali Maternity Hospital on 22 August.
