Accused Arrested for Killing Mother
Police arrested 23-year-old Dipak Nepali on 4 July for the charge of killing his 46-year-old mother Tilmaya Nepali of Laliguras Municipality-8 .
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 4, alleging that the accused killed his mother with a sharp weapon during a dispute on the same day.
Inspector Prahalad Khadka of the District Police Office informed that the accused was arrested on the basis of the complaint and further investigation is ongoing.
The postmortem of the body was conducted at the district hospital on July 4. Subsequently, the deceased’s body was handed over to the family on July 5 and cremated at Laliguras Municipality-8, Pinguwa River.
