Accused Arrested for Killing
Police arrested 30-year-old Dipa Bohora on November 12, 2024, for the charge of killing her 25-year-old sister-in-law Sunita Bohora of Dilashaini Rural Municipality-2 Chhepatta. Sunita died on the spot on the night of 11 November when Dipa hit her with a wooden object on her head during a family dispute.
Inspector Balram Pandey of the District Police Office, Baitadi said that Dipa was arrested by the police team from the area police office, Patan and the investigation is ongoing.
The body has been kept at Gokuleshwor Hospital, Darchula for post-mortem.
