Accused Arrested for Crime of Rape
Police arrested 28-year-old Ali Hussain of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-8, Basadilawa on May 27 for the charge of raping a 20-year-old girl .
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on 27 May alleging that the accused had raped the victim on the same day.
DSP Manohar Prasad Bhatta of District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused has been arrested based on the complaint filed and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 27 May at Bhim Hospital Bhairahawa.
