Accused Arrested for Crime of Rape
Police arrested 39-year-old Hirakaji Balami of Thaha Municipality-6 of Makwanpur District currently residing at Shailung Rural Municipality-8, on 12 November for the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. Inspector Dataram Adhikari of the District Police Office stated that the accused was arrested for investigation on the basis of the complaint filed by aggrieved party at District Police Office stating that the accused had raped the victim girl on 12 November.
The health examination of the victim was done on 12 November at Pashupati Chaulagai Memorial Hospital, Charikot.
