Accused Arrested for Crime of Rape
Police arrested 36-year-old Dirga Budhathoki of Raghuganga Rural Municipality-2 on July 28 for the crime of raping a 49-year-old woman.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at District Police Office on 28 July alleging that the accused raped the victim on 22 Jun . Police Inspector Rajan Rayamajhi of the District Police Office, Myagdi reported that the District Court, Myagdi has granted an extended the date, and further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on 28 July at Beni Hospital.
