Accused Arrested Crime of Rape
The police arrested 23-year-old Binod BK of Arughat Rural Municipality-1 on September 23 for the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman. According to the police, the accused was arrested for investigation based on the complaint filed by the victim on September 22. She in her complaint alleged that the accused had raped her several times since May 26 and the last time on 18 August.
The health examination of the victim was done on 23 September at the Gorkha Hospital.
