Accuse of Sexual Abuse Arrested
Police had arrested Suman Gurung, 20, of Netrawoti Dagjong Rural Municipality-2 on charge of sexually abusing 17 years old girl on 15 August.
DSP Rupak Khadka of District Police office said victim’s family filed a case on 15 August stating accused had abused the girl on end of February but they only got to know the incident now as victim girl cannot speak because of her disability.
DSP Khadka also said, on the basis of that complaint accused was arrested on the same day and is under investigation.
The victim’s health checkup was conducted at District hospital on 15 August.
