Absconding Accused Of Rape Arrested
The Police arrested 20-year-old Dil Bahadur Buda of Jagannath Rural Municipality-, Kohalpur on September 25 on the charge of crime of rape of a 40-year-old woman and absconding.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at Poice on September 9 alleging that the accused had raped the victim on September 8, 2023 when she was alone at home.
Inspector Dansingh Bhandari of the District Police Office, Bajura, stated that the accused, who was absconded, was arrested in Kohalpur on September 25 and taken to the District Police Office, Bajura, on September 26. Further investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on September 9, 2023 at the District Hospital, Bajura.
