Two vendors hurt in explosion

Two vendors were hurt in an explosion at Ghantaghar Chowk of Birgunj on February 7.

 

Rajesh Sah, 22, of Motihari India and Jamsher Ansari, 15, of Khalwatol of Sirsiya Parsa were hurt in the incident. Two bombs went off in the area at around 6.15 p.m. on February 7.

 

Police informed that the group involved in the incident is not known. Rahul Raya, who has been staying in Motihari of India, claimed the responsibility of the incident.

 

He further added that the explosion was carried out after entrepreneurs of Birgunj including Mahendra Bahadur Amatya did not give money to the group.
