Pre-review of human rights year book in Bara
The Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has revealed that there were 55 incidents of human rights violation this year in Bara District. The report was made public during the pre-review of human rights year book on November 25 in Bara.
The report of violation was made public by INSEC district representative Bhola Nath Paudel.
The document includes 11 incidents of killings, two of child marriage, 12 of sexual abuses, 15 of women violence, three of polygamy, one of attempted murder and three of physical attack.
Speaking at the program administrative officer Sher bahadur Thapa of District Administration Office recommended to include all incidents of human rights violation.
Vice-secretary Bimal Ghimire of National Investigation Office of Bara recommended to high light the rights of backward community must be included in the Year Book. The program was participated by various stakeholders of the district.
