The beneficiaries at Hima Rural Municipality ward number 4 are deprived of service after the ward office is closed for the last one month. The war office is padlocked by the locals over a dispute of ward centre on August 10.

Beneficiaries are deprived of services such as citizenship, birth and death certificate, pension recommendations and many other important services according to Lalunath Yogi of Jogiwada.

He complained that Rural Municipality chief and vice-chief attention has not been drawn despite of ward office being closed for the past one week. Nepali Congress leader Laxman Shahi said that Rural municipality is being apathetic to solve the issue.
