Violation of election code of conduct along with election campaign acceleration
On the eve of election, various political parties are involving in election campaign along with the violation of code of conduct according to RSS source.
Along with the acceleration of election campaign by the political parties, the incidents of violating code of conduct are also increasing. In Nawalpur under province number 4, various political parties have used larger amount of motorcycle in their election campaign.
Similarly, in Nawalpur, most of the parties are operatingtheir election campaign from early in the morning against the code of conduct. According to section 5 (A) under paragraph 2 of election code of conduct, parties cannot use transportation vehicles including motorcycles, rickshaw, cart or horses in their election campaign. They are restricted to do motorcycle rallies.
Immediately after the commission provided the parties with election symbol, they are active on election dissemination. The commission has given six days for the election campaign to the party. The candidate can perform these activities from the morning 8 till the evening 7. From the mid-night of May 11 the parties cannot do their election campaign.
According to the District Election Office of Nawalparasi, under province number 4, there are 132 booths and 287 polling stations. There are about two hundred thousand voters in Nawalparasi.
