Update of April 5 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 278,210 after additional 266 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 5, 2021.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 273,342 of the total infected have recovered.
On April 5, the rate of recovery reached 98.3% along with the 102 latest recovered. According to the Ministry, 4,536 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
Till now, the death toll has reached 3,036. There are 1,832 in isolation.
