Update of April 17 Regarding COVID-19 Infection
The number of COVID-19 infected people has reached 283,658 after additional 768 new cases were detected positive in Nepal on April 17, 2021.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 275,038 of the total infected have recovered.
On April 17 the rate of recovery reached 97% along with the 226 latest recovered. According to the Ministry, 5,333 swab tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
Till now, the death toll has reached 3,075. There are 5,545 in isolation.
