Two polling stations in Nuwakot to be managed by all-women team
On May 14, the election day, the voters in two polling stations in Nuwakot district will get to see an interesting sight where the all-women team of election officers and security personnel will facilitate conducting the local level election according to RSS source.
An all-women team of election officers and security personnel are going to take charge of two polling stations in Nuwakot district in the first phase of the election that will be held in province no 3, 4 and 6, according to the assistant election officer Mahiman Singh Bista.
Of the total 240 polling stations, the all-women team will help conduct election take places in two stations-Battatar Campus polling station at Bidur Municpality-4 and Maharani Dihi polling station at VDC 6 in the district.
Bista shared that Bhula Bhandari will take the lead as the election officer at the Battatar polling station while Ambika Ghimire for Maharani Dihi.
He added that six electoral staffs and eight security personnel will be deployed for both stations.
