The enforcement of Code of Conduct has affected the relief of conflict victims
The relief amount targeted for the displaced family members in Achham district has been stopped in the middle after the enforcement of election code of conduct for the Federal and House of representative election scheduled for November and December.
At about 580 family members were to receive Rs 25,000 each as a relief from the government however the process has been postponed for next year only according to secretary Anil Kumar Bista of local peace committee.
For the end of this financial year, the government has already allocated budget for the conflict victims and displaced family members.
