Suspended CIAA chief attend Supreme Court
The suspended CIAA chief Lok Man SIngh Karki has attended the Supreme Court. Prior to this, the court had issued an order on his name to be present in the court however he was defying the order. He presented a written answer to the court on November 15 by attending the court.
Advocate Om Prakash Aryal had lodged a case against him after Karki had obstructed the court order. He was given an order by the court to present himself with in seven days.
In a written answer, Karki stated that he did not have any intention or objective to defy court order. His remaining cases are pending till December 1.
