The decision made by the Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality to give permission to work in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality only after paying Rs 10,000 annually has been criticized.
However the Rural Municipality is claiming that they are only charging entry fee from such organizations. The NGOs and civil society are claiming that they have been charged excessively as they are non-profit organization. They said that if the Rural Municipality is charging fees like this, there won’t be the environment to work anymore.
