Situation of Security and Peace not satisfactory: Chairperson Pyakurel
INSEC chairperson Subodh Raj Pyakurel said that the security and peace situation for the election is not satisfactory.
Speaking at the program in Biratnagar on December 2, he accused government of not being able to provide security as incident of bomb explosion is happening every day since two months.
He also accused government of being irresponsible and not being able to provide security even during election time. Chairperson Pyakurel said that government is apathetic despite of tightening the security situation.
Similarly, HURON chairperson Indra Aryal gave emphasis that observers must not be biased during observation.
Chief election officer Raj Kumar Khatiwada of Morang said that observers must be very sincere of what they doing. They must not abuse the authority given.
