Sensitivity of polling stations identified
The District Police Office of Chitwan has categorized 52 polling stations as very sensitive out of 161 polling stations in context of upcoming election.
Chief District Officer Narayan Prasad Bhatta of Chitwan said that high security measures have been taken as 109 polling stations are listed as sensitive. He added that 5,000 security personnel will be mobilized in sensitive area. The coordination among all four security bodies are taken into consideration.
In 408 polling centers, 3296 security force will be mobilized. In one polling station at least 12 to `49 Janpath Police and temporary police will ve mobilized according to SP Deepak Thapa of DPO.
