Rights Activists monitors Police Custody
A joint team of NHRC and INSEC district representative has monitored the custody of District Police Office on October 25.
The team had observed the condition of nine detainees including one woman and eight months old baby.
The condition of those in custody was found normal according to team coordinator Deependra Bahadur Singh.
The monitoring team included NHRC officer Deependra Bahadur Singh, Kiran Ghimire and INSEC district representative Nati Babu Dhital.
