Rights Activists Demands for saving life of Dr KC
The human rights activists of Tanahu have demanded for saving the life of Dr KC who has been staging hunger strike for the reformation of medical sector since July 29.
The activists have handed over the memorandum to the Prime Minister through CDO. The memorandum states that Dr KC’s hunger strike is not for personnel reasons but for the transformation of overall medical transformation and government must fulfill his demand. The memorandum also states that government had failed to implement the agreement made with Dr KC in previous occasion.
The memorandum signed by Human Rights Network, INSEC, Human Rights Organization, Human Rights and Peace Society, Nepal Bar Association, FNJ including many other organization was handed over to the prime minister through CDO demanding to act soon on Dr KC’s case.
