Rape accused arrested
Police have arrested 31 years old Durga Bahadur Rokka alias Dhruba of Indrawati Rural Municipality-7 on April 9 on charge of raping 12 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged verbal complaint at Bhimtaar Police Post on April 6 on charge of the rape on April 2.
He was arrested by the police while he was hiding at Zerokilo in Kavre according to DSP Bimal Raj Kandel.
The victim had lodged written complaint at DPO on April 9 and victim underwent health checkup at District Police Office of Chautara on April 9.
