Rape Accused Arrested
Chandan Mandal Khatve, 28, of Siraha Municipality-12, accused of raping a 27-year-old woman and absconding, has been arrested by the police on December 15, 2020.
The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Siraha on June 25, 2020. The victim was examined at the District Hospital, on the same day.
According to DSP Shaligram Sharma Poudel of the District Police Office, Siraha, the accused was arrested from his house.
