Rape Accused Arrested
According to Ward Member Chitra Raj Giri, Sudan Rana Magar, 26, of Sangachokgadhi Municipality-11, Chautara, was arrested from Simle Bazaar on November 3 on the charge of raping a 45-year-old woman.
DSP Prakash Sapkota of the District Police Office informed that the victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on November 2 accusing Magar of raping her at Dumre Chaur near her house.
The victim has been examined at Chautara Hospital on November 2.
