Rape Accused Arrested
Nepal Police have arrested Shamser Bahadur Kepchaki Magar, 32, of Rautamai Rural Municipality-8 on October 11 on the charges of raping a 40-year-old woman.
The victim had filed a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office Udayapur on October 3.
