Rape Accused Arrested
Police have arrested Krishna Prasad Dhakal (48) of Itahari Submetropolitan-16 on September 20 in accusation of raping a 15-year-old.
The victim was raped on July 24 and the complaint was filed on July 25 at the District Police Office.
The accused had absconded immediately after the complaint was filed and later was arrested from his relative’s house, informed SP Kamal Thapa to INSEC Representative.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at the District Hospital on July 25.
