Rape Accused Arrested
Police has arrested Ram Swaroop Chaudhary (24) of Bhajani Municipality-9 Dongpuron 19 March 2020 in accusation of raping a 41-year-old woman.
Complaint was filed against the accused on 17 March at the Area Police Office. The accused was arrested on 18 March for further investigation, informed DSP Dakshya Kumar Basnet of District Police Office, Kailali.
A case was filed against the accused at the District Court on 20 March. Health Checkup of the victim was conducted at the Seti Provincial Hospital, Dhangadi on 19 March.
