Rape Accused Arrested
Police had arrested Tej Narayan Yadav, 25, of Rajbiraj Municipality-11, Pherseth on charge of allegedly raping 18 years old woman on 14 August.
According to police accused Yadav was arrested on charge of raping the victim on 4 June.
The High court of Janakpur has issued a mandate on 27 June after the complaint was not lodged by District police office on 5 June.
After a month of court’s mandate District Police office filed a rape case on 29 July and on the same day victim’s health checkup was conducted at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital, Rajbiraj.
The victim’s family captured the accused took him to District Police office on 5 June and later released on bail after accused agreed to marry the victim on 6 June. The accused Yadav is primary teacher at JYCCS primary school, Rupani Rural Municipality-2, Pauwa.
