Along with the approaching date of second phase of election, the political parties have expedited their election campaign and at the same time they are violating the code of conduct. The political parties are conducting election assembly after 7 pm which is restricted by the election code of conduct.

In the district, candidates and political parties are found to be using vehicles without having permission from the election office and at the same time they are using bigger banners and posters in their campaigning.

The office of the chief election officer and District Administration Office had removed the posters and banners previously, however, the political parties have put them back again.

RJP candidate Manish Kumar Suman and Unified RPP candidate Prabhananda Mehata have violated the election code of conduct by putting posters rampantly in temple and school walls.

The election code of conduct has restricted the candidates to put banners and posters in religious places amd schools however none of the political parties are found to be following it.
