Previous Year 6,100 were victims of Trafficking: Commission
National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) while publishing a report on July 4 said that in the financial year 2016/17, six thousand and one hundred women and children were victimized from trafficking and among those , 98% were women.
The report said that 13,600 were at risk of trafficking and 3,900 women do not have any records and among them 98% are women according to the commission.
The commission has presented 35 recommendations to the government and demanded to implement it.
