One injured in a clash between the cadres of Left alliance and Nepali Congress
There has been a clash reported between the cadres of Nepali Congress and Left alliance on November 24 at Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municiplaity-1 in Diktel.
In a clash left alliance cadre Gopal Acharya was injured and he sustained a deep nose injury. He is undergoing treatment at community hospital in Diktel.
CDO Eek Dev Adhikari said that the clash started between the cadres in an inebriated stage.
Meanwhile, Av news journalist Haribol Acharya and editor Indra Acharya of Janboli News Network were misbehaved by Nepali Congress Khotang while they were collecting news. Their blue book, license, papers and motorbike were taken into control in an incident according to the press released by Press Chautari and Press Center of the district.
The Press Chautari and Center have demanded the action against the people involved in misbehavior. CDO Adhikari said that four motorbikes were controlled. Police have arrested Subash Acharya, cadres of left alliance, for his involvement in an incident.
The left alliance has accused that the clash was a result of irresponsibility shown by the administration. Nepali Congress Khotang chairperson Naresh Shrestha said that the clash started after the left alliance cadres attacked Nepali Congress suddenly while they were having lunch.
