Official not implementing the recommendation will be tagged as “transgress”
The National Human Rights Commission’s member Prakash Wosti said that names of the people who deny implementing the recommendations made by the commission will be put as “transgress”.
Speaking at the program on “regional review on commission’s planning implementation” , on March 19 in Biratnagar, Wosti said that the working methods are being prepared for that.
Commission’s secretary Bed Prasad Bhattarai said that the commission is focusing on issues which are directly related with the people in local level. He added that the commission is analyzing the situation of women violence, food crisis in Karnali region, people with disability and senior citizens. He further urged to focus on monitoring the upcoming election.
The participants in the program said that due to the vision dispute inside the commission, it is losing the faith among the people.
