NCP leader B.K arrested from the District Court premises
Nepal Communist Party (Biplov) leader and spokesperson Khadga Bahadur B.K is arrested by the police from the court premises immediately after the court ordered to release him on bail on September 5.
A single bench of District Court judge Harsih Chandra Inganam had ordered to release him on a bail of Rs 60,000. He was arrested while he was exiting from the court after paying the bail amount according to inspector Charitra Bikram Karki.
He was taken to District Police Office of Dang on a same day he was arrested.
B.K is charged of attacking the vehicle of Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai of province 1 with a bomb in 2017 November 10 during the election campaign.
He was taken to Bhojpur District Court immediately after the apex court ordered to release him.
